Frequently Asked Questions

What does the campsite do in terms of hygiene to fight against germs?

The health of our teams and our customers is a priority. The campsite makes every effort to protect you. Our customers know how important cleanliness is to us. Procedures are in place, first within the receptionist team, with regular disinfection of the reception counter, door handles and credit card devices, with a vaporizer (we will limit the use of wipes for eco-responsible purposes).

Our animators will also be vigilant with regular disinfection of entertainment equipment, but also, the disinfection of the children's club will be done more often and regular hand washing will be offered to your children.

Within our maintenance team, wearing gloves will be mandatory, regular disinfection of sanitary facilities (3 times a day), common areas and accommodation with a product certified effective against coronavirus will be carried out in addition to the usual cleanings.

But you can also be part of this fight by washing your hands regularly, soap dispensers provided for this purpose are already available in the toilets.

Have a good holiday with us, we'll take care of you!

How far is the campsite from shops and supermarkets?

We are located 6 km from the town center of Sarras and 8 km from the town center of St Vallier. Each offers several supermarket brands such as Intermarché, Aldi and Netto. Otherwise, our best advice is to go to one of the Ardèche markets and enjoy the smells and flavors of our region to please your taste buds!

Is the swimming pool heated? What are the opening hours?

Yes, the pool is heated and covered at night. It heats only thanks to our solar panels. It is generally 27 degrees, unless the nights are too cool (it can be 24 degrees in the morning, at the very beginning or end of the season, but it rises quickly in temperature during the day). It is open from May 5, 2023 until August 31, 2023

It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. She is not supervised. We remind you that your children are always under your responsibility, at all times and in all seasons.

Happy holidays in the Ardèche!
