THE TOUR DE FRANCE AT THE OASIS

Do you know it ? On the 13rd of july, Annonay Davézieux will be for the first time a finish town of the Tour de France 2012 which will leave Saint Jean de Maurienne the same morning. And this stage will go through Ardoix ... it means that you will be able to see it just walking 10mns ... from the Oasis campsite. So see you soon !

CO2 COMPENSATION : A GESTURE FOR PLANET

In order to contribute to the environment protection, we decided to deal with the compensation of the CO ² emissions of each family who will stay one week or more at the OASIS campsite in 2010.
Concretely, we will establish on your arrival your “assessment carbon” and constitute a “moneybox” on our own expenses which will finance the plantation of large-scale consumer CO ² trees in the zones of planet heavily touched by the modifications of the climate.
This operation will be carried out in partnership with all the campsites of La Via Natura and the ONG Eco-Benign.

2010 ACHIEVEMENT : The campsites of La Via Natura association have dealt with the compensation of 365 671 kg of CO ² emissions. It means that 73 134 mangrove trees will be planted in Begnin for a global budget of 10 970 euros.
